Initial Brief

During our first call/visit to you, we will take a detailed brief to confirm what you’re looking for. This is very important for both parties. It ensures we are able to be 100% confident in what you need and ensure that we can deliver the right candidates for your requirements.

The Recruitment Begins

We don’t want to delay as I am sure you don’t want us to. This is the part we enjoy the most and we will use all of the resources at our disposal to find you the best talent out there.

Interview Confirmations

We want to help you throughout the whole process so once you have your candidates confirmed and interview dates arranged then please lean on us for any help or guidance.

Confirmation of Assignment

Before we get started on your recruitment one of our talented recruiters will confirm what was spoken about on the initial brief to ensure we are 100% accurate with our recruitment.

Short List

We aim to deliver you a shortlist within seven days. This will be case by case but our commitment will be to always deliever you with suitable candidates with seven days.

References

All candidates selected for interview will be subject to two references taken via a phone call and any findings (with consent) will be represented to you.

Once we have conducted our initial recruitment process and you’re ready to offer the perfect candidate our service will not stop there. We want to ensure an after care is given to all of the candidates that we place with you so from time to time we will call you and the successful candidates to ensure that all parties are still happy.
